Janet Todd.

Janet Todd.

Janet Todd (1864-1939) married James Silver and they had six children (see below), only four of whom survived to adulthood.

After courting in Scotland, they moved to Australia where they married in Brisbane before settling in southwest Queensland at Kooroongarra.

James Silver was a carpenter and he plied his trade in the district where he built many of the area’s churches.

The family eventually moved back to Brisbane.
