James Aldridge (1793 – 1871 son of Thomas Aldridge and Mary Jeaves) was a publican based in Welwyn, Hertford, England. In 1851, he was landlord of the Red Lion.

A James Aldridge (presumably the same one) also held the licence for the Waggoners.  He married Sarah Cock and they had the following children:
