Note baptised as Harry but sometimes referred to as Henry in documents) first married Frances Jane Sugden (born 16 Aug 1872, Baffle Creek, Queensland, Australia, d. 24 Sep 1923, Ipswich, Queensland, Australia) with whom he had three children. They divorced in 1897.
Harry then married Emily Ellen Sophia Aldridge (born 20 Jun 1876, Logan Village, Qld, Australia, died 23 Jun 1970, Rockhampton, Qld, Australia) with whom he had eight children who survived until adulthood.
