Tied to a sapling and robbed

On 30th July last, Henry Aldridge, and others, were stopped on the Yabber road, by two armed offenders, who tied them to a sapling and robbed them of 20 pounds cash, 1 pair of water-tight boots, 1 saddle, 1 cabbage-tree hat, bound round crown with velvet ribbon, nicked on edges. Description, First-aged about 35, 5 feet 6 or 7 inches high, little or no hair about face, stout build, dark complexion, thick neck, bull dog appearance. Second- aged 23 to 25, 5 feet 10 inches high, dark complexion, squint in one eye. (Podgy Trowden and Joseph Blake, since apprehended by Yabber Police, for committing above offence. Remanded to Gympie. Committed for trial).
