ANXIOUS glances at the weather from now until tomorrow evening will be made by bride-elect, Miss Jessie* Nunn, elder daughter of Mr and Mrs G. A. Nunn, of Margaret Street, who has an altar date with Mr Vivian C. Ireland, son of Mr and Mrs A. E. Ireland, of Berserker Street, at 6.30 p.m. at St Andrew's Presbyterian Church tomorrow.
Brisbane visitors, Mr D. Collins# and daughter Mavis, who arrived by the Pioneer coach last Tuesday are here to participate in the wedding festivities. Mavis will be bridesmaid with Miss June Dobbs$, of Boolburra, who is in the city as the guest of Mrs A. Reaney@.
Another relative of the bride-to-be, Mrs R. Newsome! of Townsville, has also arrived for the nuptials. Jessie's younger sister Helen will attend as flower-girl.
