Thomas NUNN, b. 18 Oct 1917, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, England, UK d. 19 Oct 1991, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, England, UK (Age 74 years) |
- Given he was married by 1952 when his mother died, the best possible match is the following 1940 entry. However, an online tree has differing and confusion information about the marriage between Thomas Nunn and Betty Veal (or Neal).
There is a headstone that also fits the below details as being the same couple. See https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/160354190/thomas-nunn
Also, in 1948, Mrs T.Nunn was a matron of honour in the marriage of her sister Joan Veal.

The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a full-length gown of white satin, trimmed with orange blossom, and an embroidered veil held in place by a coronet of orange blossom. She carried a bouquet of crimson carnations and trailing fern.
Her three matrons of honour were Mrs L.Harvey, Mrs T.Nunn and Mrs G.Porter and the best man was the brother of the bridegroom, Mr George Osborne.
