      NUNN - Sept. 26th, at Maynewater Square, Bury St. Edmund's, Mahala Nunn, aged 79 years.

      AGED RESIDENT'S PASSINGS. - The funeral took place at the Borough Cemetery last week of Mrs. Mahala Nunn, wife of Mr. Chas. Nunn, who for over fifty years was employed as a drayman at the Westgate Brewery. She passed away at her home, 16, Maynewater Square, on September 29th*, at the age of 79 years, having lived to celebrate, with her husbane, their golden wedding some considerable time ago. The funeral service was conducted by the Rev. J.H.Sandford, Vicar of St. Mary's, and the family mourners comprised the widower, Mr. and Mrs. Woollard and Mr. and Mrs. Bussey (sons-in-law and daughters), Miss Nunn (daughter) and two granddaughters. The respect and esteem in which deceased was held was emphasised not only by the number of friends present at the graveside, but by the beautiful floral tributes sents. Mr. R.J.Gooch was the undertaker.
