    This Margaret appears to be the mother of John Marshall bapt. 31 Jul 1837 Banchory Devenick, Kincardine, Scotland. Child's father was Alexander Marshall but they don't appear to have been married. When John Marshall married in 1867 to Catherine Jamieson, their wedding cert shows both Alexander and Margaret were deceased.
