This is the last will and testament of me Joshua Elias Nunn of Bushy Park in Tasmania War Pensioner
1. I revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions and declare this alone to be my last true will and testament.
2. I appoint my wife Mary Matilda Nunn the executrix of this my will.
3. I give devise and bequeath the whole of my real and personal estate of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate unto my sais wife May Matilda Nunn and for her own use and benefit absolutely.
4. In the event of my said wife predeceasing me then I declare that the following clauses of this my will shall take effect but not otherwise.
5. I appoint my children Greta Margaret Nunn and Denis Nunn the executors of this my will.
6. I give devise and bequeath the whole of my real and person estate of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate unto such of my children as shall survive me and if more than one in equal shares as tenants in common.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fifth day of May one thousand nine hundred and fifty-four.
