Quite a colony of northern well-knowns are making their headquarters in the Stanthorpe district these days. Mrs. N. Entsch, of Townsville, and small son Graham are there, accompanied by the for- mer's mother. Mrs. Frankling. The trio took a house in the Granite Belt early in the year, and, although they are finding the winter very cold, are enjoying life there, where they have met many friends from the northern centres. Mrs. E. Anderson and her daughter are also making their headquarters in the same centre, and Mr. and Mrs. Sid Coxon and school-boy son are another trio who have settled down to life in this centre. Mrs. Coxon, before her marriage, was Ivy Aldridge, of Townsville.
