Presuming it's the same person, she is found several times on electoral roll as Alexandrina Stewart but has no spouse living with her until 1943 when she's with a William Stewart, trawlerman, at 32 Broughton St, Mortdale, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Given he was a fisherman, that may explain his absence from the roll.
