In the fourth column of entry No 156 in the register books of births for the year 1877 before the name of the child's mother, insert Robert Paterson, junior, Orchard, town croft, Udny on the authority of a certficate in the form of schedule (F) to the following effect:-
In an action relating to the paternity of a female child born at Woodside in the parish of Old Machar in the county of Aberdeen on the 18th day of January 1877, at the instance of Elizabeth Watson, 122 Hadden Street, Woodside, against Robert Paterson Junior Orchard, town Croft Udny the Sheriff of Aberdeen upon the 27th day of April 1877, found that the said child was the illegitimate child of the said Robert Paterson junion. May 9th 1878 at Aberdeen, James Valentine, register.

Erected by William Silver in memory of his beloved wife Ann Lawrence who died 5th January 1863 aged 22 years. And of their daughter Ann who died 9th January 1863, aged 10 months.
Also Elizabeth Silver died 30 March 1892 aged 8 years and 3 months.
Also the above William Silver who died 23rd Jan 1893, aged 58 years.
James son of the above William Silver, aged 63 years (Should be 60)
Alexanderina Watson who died 10th November 1960 aged 83 years.
