Notes |
- From David's obituary, we know that he and Georgina were missionaries in the West Indies for six years until about 1904. Their son George (born about 1897 in Grenada) was the only one of four children to survive to adulthood. The 1911 census for David and Georgina reveals that George's three siblings had passed before that year. There is only a record for his sister Loveday, who was born and died within hours in Scotland. Presumably the two others passed away in Grenada.
