The Townsville Daily Bulletin (Qld. : 1907 - 1909 ; 1912 - 1966), p. 4. http://nla.gov.au/nla.news-article61353543 The many friends of Mrs. Thomas Aldridge, wife of Thomas Aldridge, of Yarraman Park, Mundic Creek, and formerly residents of Charters Towers, will regret to hear of her death in Brisbane on Saturday last. Mrs Aldridge, who was apparently in her usual health, was paying a visit to her sister, Mrs Jim Williamson, who is ill, when suddenly she collapsed and died. Mrs Aldridge, who came to Charters Towers in the early seventies, was a daughter of the late Robert Rollinson, of Graceborough Station, and a sister of Robert James and Arthur Rollinson, all residents of the Charters Towers district. Deceased is survived by her husband and a grown-up family of three daughters and two sons.
