  	From 1862 Death Certificate: William REITH - farmer - married to Elizabeth Anderson - died 12th April 1862 at 11:45pm at Floors, Cookney - male - age 45 years - son of William Reith (farmer) (deceased) and Helen Reith (ms Silver). Cause of death was disease of the heart for 2 months as certified by Archibald Ferguson (surgeon) - informant of death was William Cushnie (nephew) (present).
  Notes	Unable to confirm a couple of things about this William Reith and the number of children to whom he was the father. It appears he had a least one child with Charlotte Wales before he married Elizabeth Anderson. Charlotte Wales' mother's maiden name was Reith, so they seem to have been close cousins. He farmed at Floors, Cookney.
