  Notes	Because no birth record can be found for Rachel, it may be that she was adopted into the family by Francis and Mary Nunn. If she was the birth child of Francis and Mary, Rachel and her husband David Nunn would have been third cousins. After the family moved to Queensland, Rachel was midwife to many of the births in the Dinmore district, Ipswich, which is west of Brisbane. There is an account in the Bury and Norwich Post 30 May 1855 on p3 which follows: Committed to Bury Gaol ... Rachel Nunn, maliciously breaking a window* at Wickhambrook, 1 month. *It seems highly probable that this is the same Rachel Nunn. A petty office by today's standards .... but nevertheless..
