- Report in Brisbane Courier newspaper Tuesday 27 November 1928 on Page 20: It reads in part, "A wedding of interest to a large circle of relatives and friends was solmenised in St Augustine's Church of England, Hamilton, on Saturday afternoon last, when Mr Arnold Nunn (eldest son of Mr R*. Nunn, Booval) was married to Miss Hilda Irene Hodge (only daughter of Mr J.E.Hodge, Doomben)." Also mentioned are Arnold's siblings Cecil and Mary and his nephew Doug, son of his brother Vic.
*Arnold's father was known as Dick but his name was David. Seems the correspondent has interpreted the name as Richard!
