The contracting parties were Miss E. H. Dobbs, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C.Dobbs, Glenriffen*, and Mr Edward Goodwin, second son of Mrs P.Dowling, Colorado, Bluff. The Rev. E. Pizey officiated. The bride was given away by her father. Miss Edna Coker, cousin of the bride, was bridesmaid, and Mr Archibald Goodwin, brother of the bridegroom, best man. The wedding breakfast was held at the residence of the bride's parents. Only relatives were present. At night a dance was given by the bride's parents. Many people attended it.
