    St George's church was the scene the marriage on Saturday of Miss Peggy Arkinson Eaton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Eaton of Rosendale road and Edward Alden Wardwell of Glens Falls, son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Wardwell of Rome. Rev. George F.Bambach officiated.
    The bride was given in marriage by her father and was attended by her sister, Miss Beth Durward Eaton. Robert W. Williams was best man. A wedding breakfast followed the ceremony at the Hotel Van Curler for the bridal party and members of the immediate families. After a wedding trip to Canada the couple will make their home in Glens Falls.
    Mrs. Wardwell is a graduate of Nott Terrace High school and the New England Baptist Hospital Training School for Nurse, Boston. She has been with the Schenectady Publish Health Nursing association.
    Mr. Wardwell is a graduate of Phillips Exceter academy and Cornell university. He is a member of Psi Upsilon fraternity and is with the Imperial Paper and Color Corp. in Glens Falls.
