He obviously was born when they lived in Drayton, Toowoomba. After William died in Australia, Elizabeth married a John Hall with whom she had at least two children: Elizabeth (1865/C001745 Hall Elizabeth daughter of John and Elizabeth Lovett) and William Joseph (1873/C000807 Hall William Joseph son of John Hall and Elizabeth Lovel)

Another confusing piece of information is that when she married, she was unable to write but, four years later when the family arrived in Australia, the entry says she could both read and write.
