Notes:

The death occurred at Ipswich on June 30 of Mr. Frederick Nunn. A native of Dinmore, the late Mr. Nunn, who was 38 years of age, was employed at the New Chum colliery, Dinmore.
About three weeks ago he severely strained himself while turning a waggon, necessitating his undergoing an operation at the Ipswich hospital. He was at one time a prominent member of the Bush Rats Soccer Club. In 1917 he went on active service with, the 15th Battalion, A.I.F. He is survived by his widow and five children.

Report in Brisbane Courier of 9 August 1887, gives details of accident at Dinmore where a Mrs Nunn received a broken shoulder when the trap she was driving overturned. Her infant daughter was unharmed. This must have been Elizabeth, as she is the only Mrs Nunn at Dinmore with an infant daughter in 1887. Elizabeth the daughter of William Thompson and Elizabeth Buxton.
