Moran, M.B.B.S, Mater Hospital, South Brisbane attended deceased before death at Mater Hospital since admission on evening of 30 Jan 1941. Inquiries show that Nunn was returning from his place of employment at about 5pm on 30 Jan 1941, and when riding his pedal cycle at a fast rate of speed down a steep incline on the Old Cleveland Road, Camp Hill, collided with a Bedford "6" Motor Lorry, No. 276-181, property of Simpson Bros., Ann St, Brisbane, and driven by Robert Francis Dabelstein, Ferguson Road, Camp Hill, at the corner of Ashton St and Old Cleveland Road, at about 5.05pm, with the result that he was thrown heavily on the roadway. Cause of death is certified as (a) Cerebral Haemorrhage. (b) Fracture Base of Skull. Fracture of Clavicle. No suspicious circumstances. Injuries apparently accidentally received. Nearest relative: Deceased's father, George Nunn, who is a labourer, resides at Dawson Road, Mt Gravatt. No witnesses to the occurrence have so far been located. | NUNN, Robert John (I8275)
